Kaycee Hallett is an Instructional Designer with a breadth of experience in technology and resource creation and in educational theory and practice. I have created multiple resources in a variety of formats for all age levels.

Recent projects have included transitioning the Kentucky Health Department’s environmentalist training program from in-person classrooms to an asynchronous online course. These courses were designed to be interactive and engaging while ensuring they taught the regulations and statutes the Department of Public Health environmentalists needed to know. Past projects included creating onboarding material for new faculty at Eastern Kentucky University. These resources included Articulate Storyline online “lessons” to walk them through unfamiliar protocol, and graphic flyers that could be printed or used with active links if posted online. with over ten years of experience in the PK-12 Education field. She also has an additional six years of experience in training and adult education, specifically in the health and safety field as a certified Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR Instructor. Prior to her work as an educator she worked in broadcast journalism creating content for broadcast and online news media. Education and broadcast media meshed together perfecting in the Instructional Design field! The goal of KLH Learning is to use sound learning theory to create online learning, training, and materials to support learners whatever the age or field.
